Mr. Hilton began his reinsurance career in 1995 as Assistant Vice President of Aon Re before joining Great West Casualty as Vice President in 2001. From 2004 to 2007, he worked for BMS Re and then became the President of Pinnacle Re in 2008. In 2016, Mr. Hilton joined EC3 brokers as President before becoming Executive Vice President for Gallagher Re after it purchased EC3. In 2020, he joined Atlantic Re as Executive Vice President.
Mr. Hilton earned a BBA in Insurance and Risk Management from University of North Texas and holds both the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) and Associate in Reinsuance (Are) designations.
